The second annual University of Arizona Piano Day will take place on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022. Join us for an in-person masterclass with Fred Fox School of Music piano faculty; learn about our program through a Q&A session with our undergraduate and graduate students; meet the faculty and current students over dinner; and immerse yourself in the event highlight of the day, the final round of the University of Arizona President’s Piano Concerto Competition. Boxed dinner will be provided with $20 registration fee.

President’s Piano Concerto Competition

Each year, four students are selected as the winners of the President’s Concert. The students are selected from each area of the Fred Fox School of Music – strings, voice, wind and percussion, and keyboard. They represent the depth of talent at the school, and will have the opportunity of performing two concerts as soloists with the Arizona Symphony Orchestra.
